Can we pay monthly?

Yes, but there’s an added cost for monthly plans.

Is there any limit to a Story's number of steps or integrations?

No. You are free to build with as many Actions as you like.

Is there a limit to how many times a Story can run per day?

Story runs are only limited to our Community Edition. Paid plans don’t include daily limits.

What about self-hosted?

Yes. We support self-hosted customers, including on-prem. Check out our documentation to learn more here.

Can we start on Community Edition and upgrade to a paid plan later?

Are any other factors considered beyond the three main criteria outlined above for the Startup Program?

The Startup Program excludes managed services providers, consultancies, holding companies, and similar companies.

The spirit of the program is to support early-stage startups. We know first-hand the challenges they face at that stage and the value of a tool like Tines for protecting the company and automating its mission-critical workflows.
